Sound Bath - September

Join me for a Sunday evening sound bath - a peaceful and mindful way to start your week.  

We will start the session with a gentle relaxation practice. This will be followed by a sound bath. My bowls are clear crystal quartz bowls, which emit the most beautiful, clear, and pure sound. Encouraging you into a deep state of relaxation and healing.
