Yoga and Sound Baths with Kalli Pasqualucci
I teach hatha yoga classes in Epsom and Ewell, welcoming complete beginners and all levels.
Alongside my hatha training, which I completed in 2023 (after practising yoga since 2008), I'm also qualified in Yin yoga, Yoga4Health, and completed my sound bowl training in 2024.
My classes have a strong focus on anatomy and moving in a way that feels right for your body. I'm first aid trained and fully insured, so you're in safe hands.
I also offer monthly sound baths, private yoga, 1-2-1 sessions, and wellbeing events across Epsom, Ewell, and Ashtead.

Group Yoga Classes
I offer in person yoga classes in Ewell Village (Gibraltar Rec Pavilion) and Epsom (White House Health) on Monday evenings, Tuesday mornings, Wednesday evenings, Thursday lunchtimes and Thursday evenings.
Please feel free to reach out to suggest alternative days and times - I will try to accomodate requests.
Group Sound Baths
I host monthly sound baths - the first Sunday of every month - at St Martin's Church Hall in Epsom.
121 and Private Lessons
I teach 121 and private group classes at your home - this could be for individuals, couples or families. Classes are structured to suit you and can be adapted to accomodate your preferences.
Corporate Yoga Classes and Sound Baths
I offer 45 minute lunchtime corporate yoga classes at offices and businesses in Epsom. Or if you'd prefer, I can offer corporate sounds baths for wellbeing at work.
Retreats/ Hen Parties/ Team Building
Looking for an afternoon or day of wellbeing? I have mini afternoon retreats in November, January, March, May and September. Alternatively, I can attend your hen party, team building or gathering; and offer yoga classes, sound baths, mindfulness activities, meditation, crafts - this is a bespoke service, so I will discuss options with you when you contact me.
