WHEN AND WHERE ARE THE YOGA CLASSES

I teach in-person yoga classes on Tuesday mornings, Tuesday evenings and Wednesday evenings.

​

I also have two beginner's courses available.

​

WHO ARE THE CLASSES FOR?
 

Every body. Classes are aimed at beginners, with options available for those who've done yoga before.

​

All bodies are celebrated, and accounted for, in class.

​

Props are supplied, and variations are offered.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR AND BRING TO A CLASS?

Dress comfortably.

 

You're welcome to wear anything that you can move freely in.

​

Please bring a yoga mat, some water and a cushion and/ or blanket for relaxation.

​

If you don't have a mat, please let me know. I have some extras.
