About the event

Join us for a mini-retreat within the tranquil surroundings of the Parsons Mead pavilion in Ashtead.

Our afternoon begins with a gentle yoga class, followed by relaxation and mindful breathing. We'll then pause for delicious treats, supplied by Tam's Cakes and Cookies, and take time to immerse ourselves in a peaceful journaling session, the beautiful surroundings, or engage in a mindfulness exercise. We will end with a calming sound bath conducted by Susan Kinsey of Purple Feather. 

This retreat is the perfect opportunity to prioritise self-care, carving out an afternoon for yourself.

FAQs:

Is there parking? There is off-street parking situated just outside the pavilion.

I have dietary requirements. Please let me know what they are, and we will ensure that you are catered for.

I don't have a yoga mat! Please email me at thislittleyogini@gmail.com.

What is a sound bath? A meditation class that aims to guide you into a deep meditative state while you're bathed in ambient sound.

I have a health condition. Please email me at thislittleyogini@gmail.com to discuss your condition before booking.

How much is it? £48 per person. This includes all activities, snacks and drinks.

I can no longer attend. The booking is non-refundable unless someone else can replace your booking. Subject to admin fees.
