Private Yoga Lesson

Service Description

A Hatha-based yoga class incorporating poses/ series of poses that you'd like to work on, a 121 focus for beginners hoping to build their confidence or wanting to try yoga privately before joining a class, and an opportunity to help or support those with medical conditions. Private lessons are for up to 4 people and are 1 hr long. Classes can either be held at your home, on Zoom, or at White House in Epsom at a cost of £15 per session to hire. I also offer a 4-week block booking of £160 (saving £32). The fee includes travel to your home in Epsom, Ewell, Banstead and Ashtead (please contact me for other areas) and does not include parking charges, if applicable.
