Sound Bath Sunday

Service Description

Join me for a Sunday evening sound bath - a peaceful and mindful way to start your week. We will start the session with a gentle relaxation practice. This will be followed by a sound bath. My bowls are clear crystal quartz bowls, which emit the most beautiful, clear, and pure sound. Encouraging you into a deep state of relaxation and healing. Some FAQs: Where is the hall? If you're facing St Martin's Church, Epsom, the entrance to the hall is on the left. Is there parking? There are some parking spaces outside the church, and also on-street parking surrounding the Church. What do I need to bring? Yoga mats, blankets, warm clothes, a cushion, and an eye mask. How long is the session? The sound bath lasts an hour and will be followed by us sharing a warm drink. What if I'm late? Unfortunately, we are unable to admit people into the session once it has begun, as it will disturb others. Please feel free to arrive 10 minutes early to settle yourself before the sound bath. Sound baths are safe for most people; however, they are not recommended in the first trimester of pregnancy or for people with pacemakers. There may also be discomfort for those who have metal implants. If you have any concerns, please check with your health practitioner. How much is it? £15 per person. This includes the sound bath and hot drinks. I can no longer attend. The booking is non-refundable unless someone else can replace your booking. Subject to admin fees.
