Join me for evening yoga on Wednesdays from 6.00pm - 7.00pm at Gibraltar Rec Pavilion, KT17 1XY. The class is aimed at beginners (who are completely new to yoga) and beyond beginners (who have tried yoga before or done a beginners course with me).
