About Kalli
In 2008, I joined a prenatal yoga class and fell in love with yoga and the idea of teaching it.

I've wanted to train as a teacher ever since; but it was only during the pandemic (and after a lot of self-realisation) that I finally decided to do my yoga teacher training (YTT).
​
Yoga, for me, is about strength, focus, grounding and relaxation. It is a community and a safe place, and I feel everyone should benefit from learning it. My classes are Hatha-based classes. This means that classes are slower-paced with a focus on relaxation and stretching.

I have a 200hr YTT certificate, am fully insured and hold an emergency
first aid certificate.
